Francisco is an international consultant, facilitator and speaker. After being a Human Resources Manager in multinational companies in Colombia, such as Dow Chemical and British LASMO Oil, and providing consultancy services to several companies in the country, he moved to the United States and worked with The Ken Blanchard Companies, a recognized leadership development company, as a consultant and researcher. There, he worked with international clients and facilitated the Situational Leadership curriculum in Latin America and The US. Currently, he is founder and president of FLAG Ventures, a consultancy firm focused on leadership development, high performing teams, and innovation.
In each project, Francisco focuses on creating lasting changes that raise individual and team performance. To achieve this, he uses a practical and inspiring methodology, since any change requires motivation, new mindsets, and tools to apply the skills back on the daily job.
Francisco has a B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (top university in Colombia) and an MBA from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
He has worked as a consultant and speaker in organizations in the US and Latin America, among them: DHL, Nielsen, Dow Jones, Novartis, Capital One and Colgate Palmolive.
